About WRA     The company was founded by Bill Hodges who has over 25 years expereience in real estate development and finance.  He has a degree in Business Finance from the University of Southern California.  His broad background includes corporate finance and banking, a decade of commercial real estate sales as a top producer at Coldwell Banker Commercial, three years as Director of Real Estate for Bidamar Corporation, and over a decade of successful development at Western Realty Advisors.
