Western Realty Advisors and Base Capital purchased the building from Spieker Properties in earlt 2001. The building is vested in Capitol View, LLC.

The 75,000 square-foot neighborhood shopping center is built on 7.5 acres of land at the northeast corner of Eagle Road and Chinden Boulevard. Western Realty Advisors developed and completed the constructuion of the shopping center in 2000.
