Key Financial Center 

Key Financial Center is a 114,000 square-foot, Class A office building located in the Central Business Distric of Boise.  The building is leased to major regional and national firms.  Western Realty Advisors and Base Capital purchased the building from Spieker Properties in earlt 2001.  The building is vested in Capitol View, LLC.

Eagle City Marketplace 

Eagle City Marketplace is an upscale shopping center located in Eagle, Idaho.  The 75,000 square-foot neighborhood shopping  center is built on 7.5 acres of land at the northeast corner of Eagle Road and Chinden Boulevard.  Western Realty Advisors developed and completed the constructuion of the shopping center in 2000.

 Highlands Village

 Villa Highlands

 Villa Highlkands is an 88 unit, senior's community consisting of 50 independent living units and 38 assisted living units.  Located within the Highland neighborhood in Boise's North End at the corner of 15th Street and hill Road, the project incorporates the latest in senior living design.  www.villahighlands.com

 Brookside Village

Brookside village is a 40 lot subdivision and includes a 116 luxury apartment project built on eight acres of infill property.  The project is situated on Loggers Creek and located in the Parkcenter are of Boise.  western Realty Advisors developed and completed the construction of the subdivision in 2000.

MacIntosh Place  

MacIntosh Place is a 19 lot infill subdivision located in southeast Boise.  The project was designed to the new urban vision of small infill lots with alley access to garages.  Homes were built in the neo-traditional style providing a sense of community to the residences.

 Hyde Park Plaza

Hyde Park Plaza is a mixed-use development in the Historic Hyde Park Distric of Boise's North end.  composed of restaurants and office space, this pedestrian freindly project connects to the streetscape by use of a corner outdoor courtyard.  The project has been a source of revitalization to the historic district.  Western Realty Advisors developed and completed the construction of Hyde Park Plaza in 1996 and continues to own and manage the property within Hyde Park Partners.

Apple Storage is an innovative, 344 unit, self-storage facility in southeast Boise.  The first infill, neighborhood self-storage facility in Boise, Apple Storage is located adjacent to an Albertson's anchored shopping center in Southeast Boise.  western Realty Advisors developed and completed the construction of Apple Storage in 1999 and continues to own and manage the property within Apple Storage Limited Partnership.

Spring Creek Apartments

 Spring Creek Apartments is a 75 unit luxury garden apartment complex in east Boise.  Built around a one acre, park-like setting, the tenants of Spring Creek enjoy an unusually peaceful, multi-family residential environment.  Western Realty Advisors developed and completed construction of Spring Creek Apartments in 1994 and continues its ownership interest in the property within Spring creek Partners.
